Wifi not working - wont connect

We had an engineer out this morning who ran all the tests and repaired a wire and said it was all working. All the lights on the nox are green but no decices will connect the wifi it just says it unavailable and wont connect. Any help ? Ive tried a reset but it did nothing.

@em-jess power down the Sky hub for 60 minutes which usually clears this type of fault.
