Wifi not working for me
The wifi works well everywhere in the house and works well for everyone else yet in my room it is very slow and constantly turns off by itself (only for my device)

Re: Wifi not working for me
@Liz290521 WiFi signal strength depends on thecdistance to the hub and what it has to pass through on the way. Its not unusual that one or more rooms do not get decent speeds. Assuming the hub is in the best place it can be which is as central as possible in the property out in the open on a surface well off the floor then you need a booster or similar.
Sky will normally send out a booster if asked when the customer buys the Broadband Boost or WiFi Max add-ons. Alternatively you can sometimes find used Sky boosterscon auction sites but buy the type thst look like a white version of the black hub. Place the booster halfway between the hub and your room as it needs a decent wifi connection tomthevhub.
