Low speeds or no speed at all

For over a month we've had terrible problems with our broadband speeds. Intermittent problems with no broadband sughsl at all and speeds down to less than 6mbs. We contacted Sky who organised an engineer and new router, neither have been helpful or rectified the problem. It's now getting to the point we have to use 4G to check internet, send emails etc. Completely fed up with it all.

@whitleybay1953 if you have a black Sky hub post its conection stats after which forum mrmbers should becable to tell you what is going on see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
