Wifi not connected

Router not connecting to Internet. Have turned off and on again. Sly diagnostics say there is no issue but still red light for Internet and unable to connect devices.

@raveydavey14 if the service checker is not telling you Sky are aware of a faultvaffecting your line give them a call to report the problem so thry can get it checked out.
