Wifi no working on android and updates

I had some drop some drops in wifi I have reset the router and all seemed fine but I purchased a new tablet and could not download no apps thinking it was a problem with the tablet noticed my apps on my phone is android based would not download no matter what I did I try my phone and tablet on different network and it will worked fine downloads normal go back to sky at home nothing inhave seen on here that people have had the same problem is this a on going problem with sky?

@Martl Just checked play store had 9 apps for updates on Android Samsung A54 downloaded All and they All installed as expected. And for me that is good as i by no means have a phone clue....

Thank you for replaying its got to be  my sky board i just tried downloading s app on Google play store and it just stops on pending tryed this with s25 ultra and the iphone but if I turn the wifi off on both phones and use the mobile data both start downloading and working  i have also test this on a different network and the devices work fine but when they connect to sky at home nothing can't even download apps on the TV but I have wifi

@Martl earlier in the year there was an issue with some of Sky's servers so some customers had a similar issue.it looks like this msy be recurring so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
