Hi,Now for almost 2 weeks, the wifi and voice light flashing amber on my skybox, and dropping everything off wifi in the house.Need a solution asap,please.

If it doesn't work out your problem use the "I've still got a problem" button to raise a support ticket. You might need to take a photo of your router showing the state of the lights.
