Sr 203 hub accepting no changes

Despote  experience of changing names and passwords on numerous router the sr203 has defeated me...try as i might, no matter what i try the admin password and wifi passwords refuse to play ball.

3 options

1,Hardware/ firmware faulty

2. Sky's instructions vague or incorrect

3. User error... most likely.( i'm a grey old techno git) but why? Its not rocket science!

any help appreciated as I always sit uncomfortable accepting Default supplied passwords.

Thaks in advance

Thank you for your reply. Sorry for delay but have been otherwise occupied and out of country.

Took advice and used my MacbookPro rather than the ios devices and it actually worked.

Thanks again for your interest and the tip!

At what stage in the process is it failing?

Important to note that using Safari from an iThing over WiFi is known to be problematic.
