Our WiFi is very intermittent and keeps turning off. We are at the point now where it is off more than on. Please can you help me ar all.

if the internet light goes amber from green it means an external fault in which case run the connection test in the My Sky app which works overca mobile connection as that will tell you if there is a known issue and can even book an engineer to check your line if it finds a fault.
If the internet light is green the issue is in your home and can simply be poor wifi signal. There are things you can do see Sky Help - Slow wifi
