On phones and tablets the WiFi consistently drops out. I've complained on numerous occasions and even had an engineer out. It was fine for a couple of days but it's back to dropping out.
Sounds like you need to get Sky back out. Where are in in relation to the router, when you get these dropouts? Any thick walls, microwaves going when it happens?
