Wifi keeps disappearing

I reported this before and a engineer was supposed to come out to check. Im not sure if anyone has been out but it's still going off. It has gone off 3 times in last hour. When I do a signal check it says it's good for my phone but I actually have no wifi connection on my phone.

What lights are lit on your broadband hub, so are any off or flashing ?

Just gone over to Sky BB from community fibre and having the same issue with WiFi dropping out especially on my daughters phone. She has to keep using her mobile data which shouldn't happen especially since I pay for Sky whole home! Never had this issue with CF so wondering if there's something inferior about the Sky hubs??
