Wifi keeps cutting out.

1 - we recently had sky installed but our wifi router cuts out daily, goes to a flashing green phase that even after unplugging and doing the online checks etc does not resolve

 

2 - our set up for sky was delayed for a month, but I was charged for use age august-September prior to the 19th sept  where we didn't even have sky services set up, I had paid the installation fees etc and was charged my direct debit when we were nof recieving the service.

@Ciara1999 you are not communicating with Sky by posting in this forum. It is not clear what is wrong with your service but rather than taking you through a diagnostic process I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

 

That team should be able to explain the billing but given payment is taken in advance for broadband it can seem lime you are paying when you did not have a service there is also likely to a credit for compensation paid for tge delay innthe install butvthat takes a while to come through. It should show on future bills but again thecagent you chat through should becablecto explain thst for you.
