@Debs26  Have you tried to factory reset the TV like it was just coming out of the box to see if it will then connect to the broadband?

Yes I have tried a reset, the only thing that seems to work is b using hotspot off my phone.  Which is not the greatest solutions, but all I have.

@Debs26 try switching the WiFi security setting from WPA3T to WPA2 which some TVs wont connect tomthe newer more secure standard. Setting is in My Sky/Product Options/ Sky Max hub/advanced settings/WiFibsecurity.
