Consumer law dictates that you must give a supplier the opportunity to remedy the situation before you are entitled to exit a contract without penalty. Note that what Sky actually 'guarantees' with regards to WiFi is extremely limited and requires the WiFi Max subscription supplement to be in place on the account.
