Wifi issues

I dont have the promised speed and i would not like to continue with this service. I have had multiple issues with wifi at my property.

@Mikky Here is the information linked below for you. Sky can give you an idea what or if any End Termination cost's are involved, but you can work it out from the link by yourself!

Consumer law dictates that you must give a supplier the opportunity to remedy the situation before you are entitled to exit a contract without penalty.  Note that what Sky actually 'guarantees' with regards to WiFi is extremely limited and requires the WiFi Max subscription supplement to be in place on the account.
