Re: Wifi issues
@PP05 you need to dtermine if its the broadband connection to the hub which is dropping or the WiFi signal in your home as the two have different causes. The lights on the hub can tell you what the issue is https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If you have a partial fibre service using the old copper phone line linecdrops areca common issue especially in winter. The service checker in the My Sky app run when the hub is connected will tell you if the fault is bad enough for a check by an engineer to be required as thecautomatic line management system systems are designedcto stabilise most lines.

Re: No WiFI again
@PP05 @GD1 Although you posted way back in Jan the advice is still good. You should also run the service checker, expand your broadband and see how the last 30 day's have been!
