Wifi issues

My wifi is keep dropping for last 2 weeks!

@PP05 you need to dtermine if its the broadband connection to the hub which is dropping or the WiFi signal in your home as the two have different causes. The lights on the hub can tell you what the issue is https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If you have a partial fibre service using the old copper phone line linecdrops areca common issue especially in winter. The service checker in the My Sky app run when the hub is connected will tell you if the fault is bad enough for a check by an engineer to be required as thecautomatic line management system systems are designedcto stabilise most lines.

No WiFI again

As of last week there are several issue with WIFi connection is keep dropping  and SKY doesn't do anything about it , this need to be resolved as it's shockin service from your side

@PP05  Did you follow the steps on yesterdays post provided by @Chrisee

@PP05 @GD1 Although you posted way back in Jan the advice is still good. You should also run the service checker, expand your broadband and see how the last 30 day's have been!
