Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Mason4   I have merged your latest thread to this existing thread that is discussing the same issue, a new thread isn't required.  

 

Did you follow the advice posted by @caesarome 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's sky there self that's the issue this is just a community page. If your internet keeps dropping then I suggest calling sky in the morning to fix your issue as that is what I'll be doing
