Poor WiFi connection

Hello, since we moved here, the WiFi connection has not been great and it is getting worse. Even though thr hub was replaced for a faster connection, nothing has changed much. 
We need a better WiFi connection and speed for my work and the kids' homework, and we're not getting any of those. This needs to be fixed or I would have to find WiFi connection for us that is better and serves the purpose. Please do something about this. I am paying a lot of money for bad and unreliable WiFi connection. Thank you.  
we need a WiFi system that best serves us all

In case you are not aware this is a community where Sky customers help each other so you are not talking to Sky.
