Hi We are having problems with slow WiFi in some rooms. I believe we are entitled to another booster pod (or 2?) with our subscription. Is that the case? If so, can we get one (or 2?) sent? Many thanks Matt
@MRossin You need to call sky again, options 2 and 3 for the booster pods require you to have an Engineer attend your home to see why and if they are required, there is just no other way to do it!
