Slow WiFi / broadband

The broad band has been slow  over the last 30 days and I was given a sky broadband garantee

@Stella_ you can check the speed to your hub in the Service Checker in the My Sky app or website if you click through it will show the history for the last 21 days and if the speed is below the guarantee for 3cdays it will tell you what to do. 

Onecthing that does cause confusion is the speed guarantee does not cover speed at your devices which is often limited by WiFinspeed in your home.

@Stella_ If sky gave that to you, then it will be a call direct to them, just dial 150 from your landline, and once you have gone through the security, NO to being directed to the Forum and then wait until connected to a sky Agent! They are open 8am to 8pm!
