Poor wifi

We are currently struggling with our WiFi connection at our house, we have paid for a booster, which seems to have made the connection worse. Please can you send out an engineer to understand the issues we are facing

@Doggy You need to call sky direct to have as you requested, dial 150 from your landline phone is the best and quickest way!
