We have very bad connection in past days I run checks and its sayes that all good, but in same time wifi not working. Its not fowhat im paying.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Marina5 The service checker you are looking at is showing historical data and you need to click on the broadband button to do that broadband test when the issue is going on.
