Hello All,
We are new sky customer's our go live date was the 30th July, we are noticing a lot of buffering on all demand apps, (Netflix, BBC Iplayer etc...) seems mostly to be in the mornings, but can happen in the PM and evening as well. Is this something people have noticed and will die down after some time or is this something I need to call sky regarding?
Have unplugged and reset the router as would normally be suggested.
