Wifi is dreadful

I am paying for a wifi max and honestly don't know what I am paying extra for.

the wifi drops in and out on most of our devices, including phones and cuts out during work calls on my laptop.

what can you offer to provide better connection, it seems worse upstairs and in my kitchen. Further places from the hub
