The engineer didn't finish installation on Friday when he came, he had said that he will finish off between Monday and Tuesday.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DJ4 if the installation was for a new fibre line this can happen. Sky wont start charging you until the service goes live. You can check your order progress in the My Order section of the My Sky app or you can call Sky but they often cannot tell your more than the engineer did.
