Wifi flashing amber - can’t connect devices

My sky hub box isn't working correctly. I have reset it, turned it off and on again, tried everything I could have and followed all of the tutorials. The power light is green and so is the internet light but the wifi keeps flashing Amber every other minute or so. Apart from that it's off. I've done a check and it says everything is fine but clearly it's not. When my phone is connected to the hub, it doesn't have any internet whatsoever.

 

It also only got activated this morning, when activation was due yesteday so Sky has already failed me on that account. I'm a first time sky customer and I'm really dissapointed so far. Please may I get some assistance?
