Wifi extender required

Tried several times to contact SKY to request a further WiFi extender but there is no way using the app where I can request this. I do not want to talk to a robot that doesn't give options to request this. I need to speak with a customer services person.

Can anyone help?

@Stevehebby No choice, you have to call answer security get past the bot and onto the queue for Customer service, watch the time though 8am to 8pm!
