My Internet slow

I'm garented 100 gb down load speed with my package. My speeds past couple of weeks have been 80 on average. Not close to 100. The quality of the Internet is not good of a evening when kids are playing game. I have the best Internet I can have in my area. It's just not good enough. Any ideas would be welcome

@SH471 If you are up near the max for the combinded throughput then someone is going to have to take a back seat and reduce there usage!
