Wifi dropping out

Constantly getting WiFi drop outs when in the garden or conservatory. This is either on my phone or my pad. I have tried all recommended tests, have WiFi booster, guaranteed signal but just drops off either middle of game, program or search. Poor service again from sky.

Sky doesn't say they provide WiFi to external spaces, and the wording of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' specifically excludes them.

An attached conservatory is included but can often be difficult to reach, particularly if there's an external wall with foil laminate foam insulation involved.

Thanks, but going to contact them because it happens far too often in too many locations.  It's even happening on the TV now.
