Do you have a black or white router from Sky.

I have black router.
I did checks via sky that said service was OK to the router.
I agree it's impossible to tell exactly what the faults are. I suspect everyone reporting here has they're own specific issue. Mine has temporarily been resolved by taking the powerlines out of the way.
I'll try and restart them later and see.
