My sky max hub is showing the white light but still unable to connect devices through WiFi it just says unable to connect

If your devices are old, they may not support wpa3. You'll have to login to your mysky.app and down grade the WiFi security settings to wpa2.

Have you tried changing the password for the WiFi through the musky.app?
