Wifi dropping out all of the time

My wifi is terrible since the "upgrade" to a white Sky Max hub.

I see there are other posts about this but wanted to do a separate one, so not to hijack someone else's post.

Are there any fixes?  Online checks says it's all fine.

I'd quite like to do some bike races over the winter and there's no way I could do this just now (would be booted from the race), I'm actually struggling just to have a page load.  It's really terrible.

@Jay586 You could take a look with your app at the sky Max securities if on WPA3-T or WPA2-PSK. Link below to help.

Sky Max change settings link.

Re: Wifi dropping out all of the time

What would you change?

It's warning me not to change to WPA2.

Re: Wifi dropping out all of the time

@Jay586 Change it, WPA2-PSK has been about for yonks, WPA3-T is the bridge between WPA2 and WPA3, if the devices just do not perform you will have loads off wi-fi stability issues, and all Fruit flavoured devices will complain!!!

Think i have 2 devices that are WPA3 capable, so WPA2-PSK is my mode!

Re: Wifi dropping out all of the time

It's set on WPA3-T atm.

My TV is pretty old and wasn't expensive to start off with so I wonder if they're just not talking to each other?

Laptops are newer but still it's all very intermittent.

@Jay586 You can only try setting it back a level, once done then switch the hub off five mins restart it all and see how it goes!
