Cut off during complaint phone call
So i've been have trouble with my broadband, first it was dropping out regularly now the speeds are slow. Tried web chat as when i call the robot i speak to seems to think everything is ok and just wants to text me or cut me off. After raising a complaint via web chat i was offered a new deal but still had unresolved issues. Catch was i had to call to get the new deal. The person on web chat gave me a number to call to get things sorted. I called the number only to get a robot again, i rambled on tho the machine and finally got through to someone. Turns out after explaining everything to them they couldnt help. They put me through to someone they promised would be able to help. Turns out after explaining everything to them they couldnt help either, they put me through to someone else. Guess what! They couldnt help either. 4th time lucky, i finally felt i was getting somewhere with customer retentions, a chap called mark was being helpful (unlike the others) he'd just messaged his manager to try and sort somthing out when the line went bad and he was unable to here me, after 10/15 seconds the line went dead, Arrrrgghh.. I thought its fine, he'd litterally just verified my phone number so i though i'd get a call back. I though wrong. Its been 90 minutes now. No phone call no email no nothing. Sorry for the rant, my question is. Can i get back in touch directly with customer retentions? I cant bare to go through the automated system again and be bounced around, I'm so angry with sky, they used to have good customer service but after 18 years i think when my contract runs out in August it wont be renewed. £150 a month for this rubbish.

@Rico147 there are no diect numbers for retentions. If you call again and use the phone registered to your account and the system should recognise you. The trick with the bot is to only say a few words like " I need to cancel' do not accept offers of texts etc.
