Re: Wifi dropping and out constantly since Thursday
Hi no advice but ours is pretty much the same. I've had engineer out and the specialist team have no just text saying everything is fixed. Yet we still have no WiFi, it repeatedly just connects and disconnects on the settings page approx every 5 seconds

Re: Wifi dropping and out constantly since Thursday
We have had this problem on and off since August last year. Routers replaced boxes replaced phone line replaced Ethernet cable had about six engineers out and they all say green ticks on their screen yet they could see Wifi issues from all screenshots etc took. Tonight nothing no tvs no wifi and I was told last time said not meeting their obligations that if I leave would need to pay £480 termination fees - very helpful

@Vickilou78 & @Michelle1189 Sky guarantee speed to the hub if they cannot provide that then complain and they should release you from contract.
However speed to devices in your home is not subject to the same guarantees as essentially it is beyond Sky's control as it depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. Older properties with solid internal walls are an issue but so are flats as there can be lots of interference each home tends to be different.
There are solutions but they cost money you can butvthird party WiFi systems that create a WiFi mesh which is great forcdstreaming video and gaming.Sky will sell you their WiFi Max sustem which can provide up to 3 extenders.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
