Sky max hub not turning with no light
So I have a sky max box with full fiber and the box has suddenly turned off and there is no light at all being shown, it doesn't appear on the WiFi menu at all, the my sky app doesn't recognise it and we have plugged it into many usb C cables with no success. It seems like the box has gone cold on us but i was wondering if anyone has a solution for me

Sounds like you have already done so, removing power to your Sky max hub.
Follow the advice here and run the check that is listed;
If that still does not help, click on the I need help link at the bottom of the article, selecting call and it will provide a number to call.

Hey so I went through the steps and nothing has changed, and when I called it seems like there out of office. Is there any sort of factory reset button I can press to get it operational?

@Kyronnx it sounds like a dead hub to be honest but the reset is triggered by making sure tge hub has power tgen press and hold in the WPS button on the right hand edge for 30 seconds until the led starts flashing green then release the button.
You could try swapping the power supply provided with a USB C charger but use one with decent power ouput for a tablet or similar. However as with parrots a dead one is often very dead so needs swapping out.
