Wifi doesnt connect back house

Devices in the back rooms in our house struggle to connect to wifi 

since changing to Sky, a few months ago, wifi has never connected in my sons room in particular 

this has been an on going issue since installation

@Zjonesy As you appear to be saying that the wi-fi signal is not reaching the area required would moving the hub more central work, if not then boosting the wifi signal will possibly help. The sky info below gives you some advice!
