WiFi not working

WiFi will connect to everything but does work , the light on box are green but still an issue with it . All the steps have taken to the box and still nothing . This has been for the last 24 hours so far

Not sure what you mean by this so apologies if you have already done this but have you tried rebooting the box at the mains ?

 

If that doesn't fix it try running this line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@ZOEY2085 When you called sky did they find anything from there testing?
