Wifi disabled after moving address

My family recently moved to a new address. We get to the house and set up the router, but the internet turned itself off after a couple hours. After doing some reading, I learned that we were supposed to give a 10 day notice we were moving, but we did not know about this before we moved.

What should we do to get our internet back on?
