Still no internet

Full fibre 100 installed on 14th November worked for 1 hour and hasn't worked since! 4 different sky advisors, 4 different ways of saying carry out hard reboot- which didn't work!!!! To be told today that I should never have been told that the broadband would work untill the update that SKY need to force through has been to be done. No manager call back, Never a service advisor call back and now apparently have to wait 72 hours in the fading hope that someone may actually do the update. At an absolute loss as to how to move forward other than cancelling after 14 years with Sky.
