Wifi consistently dropping out

Hi, im new to sky WiFi. I work from home upstairs in my home, since changing from BT to sky im loosing WiFi connection to my laptop continuously, a couple of times an hour. This has never happened before, only after changing to sky. I'm paying for the max option, please can I be sent some sort of booster so the WiFi reaches upstairs? Thanks

@SLoro That takes you giving sky a call, the Forum post does not do it, call them dialing 150 on your landline! details all about that are linked below!
