Wifi connection
I have tested everything on the my sky app. Everything on the app says it looks good. I have also reset the router and switched on and off again a couple times and there is still a orange light coming on and my sky glass TV is saying no internet connection. There is also no outstanding payments on my account for this to be stopped either. Can you please tell what the issue may be. Thank you

Almost certainly a fault in the external broadband circuit to the address: that's the most common cause of broadband failures.
