Everything works fine on wifi except YouTube app

My WiFi is working fine. Speed and everything else working as it should. 
all other phone apps and devices connected working as it should apart from YouTube app on all devices.

I am having the exact same issue, YouTube won't work on any device connected to WiFi unless a vpn is being used

Also having exact same issue. YouTube app not working, and play store apps not downloading or updating. As mentioned by other poster both work fine when using a vpn. Not the first time this has happened recently.
