Since the internet went down on Monday the connection to my xbox is very poor. How can I resolve this? I've done all the usual resetting the router etc.

Sorry to piggyback your problem.
Since 19/9 problems I have no Wi-Fi, I'm using Ethernet. 2 hours on phone to Sky yesterday with no joy. The Wi-Fi light is still amber despite power resetting.
Is there an email address to speak to engineers ?
(ps I have an O2 router. Links to a Wi-Fi printer whose 802. ref I'm not sure about)

If that's a router dating back to the Sky acquisition of O2 internet then it's at least a decade old and hasn't received any software updates for many years: it really shouldn't be considered safe to use.

It is an old O2 router from before sky.

@Bas call Sky to get that router replaced with a current Sky hub.
