Wifi connection poor and keeps dropping

Our sky broadband is driving us mad. It is constantly dropping and now impossible to use it for wifi calling reliably which is an essential as we live in the countryside with poor mobile phone signal. 

This morning my laptop has been going on and off the WiFi and the sky q mini box also

keeps falling off. 

we have tried everything recommended and it just seems to get worse. Yesterday the router completely went off and only the red power light was on, so I think it might be an issue with that. But I can't seem to get anyone to be able to help without calling which I can't do because of the connection! 

We have a sky Q main box and  2 sky q mini boxes all in a small area so I really don't understand why there is an issue.
