Hi we got Sky Broadband installed less than a month ago but it drops in and out all the time and is not related to distance from the router.
So if the kids are watching YouTube it will stop and start or if we are on a WiFi call it will cut in and out so not all the words can be heard.
We are not over using it and there should be plenty of bandwidth available.
When Openreach installed it they sent me a text to say there was a connection issue between my router and my ONT but at that point all seemed ok. Not sure if this could be relevant.
The router is one we used at our old house and is quite old so they could be relevant too.
