Wifi connection lost again

We've been having issues this year with our WiFi. A few weeks ago you eventually sent an engineer out and they resolved the issue. Until this past week. We are having the same problems again, our WiFi connection is dropping out on our TV constantly meaning we're unable to stream anything on our TV. Please advise.

@Sarahsmi Do everything the same as you did before, the Forum is not sky Customer Service when you post your message on it, so nothing will happen to that fact, if you call sky again they will have the history all in the notes and you can go from that point onwards!
