Internet not working since last night!

My sky internet has not been working since last night. Not been able to do any work! This is ridiculous for the price we are paying!!

@Nad_  A broadband fault does not care how much you pay for a service, a fault is a fault.  Working from home also does not give your service any greater priority.  Any faults normally have a SLA fix of 2 working days from being reported.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Sky broadband is a domestic service so although it's fine for you to use it for working from home it doesn't give you access to an extra or quicker fix.
