Wifi connection keeps dropping out

My wifi connection keeps dropping out. I work from home and its very easy to tell because I work through a virtual machine so when the internet dips out I cannot interact with it. 

This was happening last night aswell. I have reset my router multiple times now and tbh this service im currently getting isn't what I am paying for and impacting my ability to work
