Re: Booster order
@Abarns133 you are notvtalking to Sky by posting in the forum you need to callthem if you want their help.
However before calling you need to know Sky only lend customers boosters if they buy an add-on like Broadband Boost or WiFi Max or a Sky Q box is not connecting. The Boost bundle is being replaced by https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Bungalows are often difficult to network with WiFi as they have lots of internal walls and are often built out of brick so buying an add-on can help as can buying your own third party kit as owning that can be cheaper than paying Sky a monthly amount to rent their's.

Re: Booster order
It's not possible to do so online: you'll need to call.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
