Prepaid Mastercard Giftcard expired Help

Hi, I am sure this has happened many folks, life got in the way and I overlooked the expiry date on the £60 prepaid mastercard giftcard I recived for joining Sky. I contacted Giftcloud who said I needed to contact Sky for them to reactivate it but I can't find a contact email address in which to do this. It is just 1 month expired! Really gutted if this cant be sorted.  Any help or advice is much welcomed. Thanks
